How far do you travel?
Roughly 50 kilometres in every direction from our Glen Waverley base, which covers most of greater Melbourne. Beyond that we still take work on — Sunbury is one example — and we confirm before quoting rather than after.
Do you charge extra for travel?
Not within the standard service area. For jobs further out a travel component may apply, and it is shown in your fixed quote before you sign rather than added afterwards.
Does the rebate change depending on my suburb?
No. All of Victoria sits in STC Zone 4, so the certificate rate is identical whether you are in Werribee or Mornington. Your entitlement varies with system size and install year, not location. Use the rebate calculator to see your figure.
How soon can you attend a site assessment?
Within the core service area, assessments are usually booked within a week. Jobs at the edge of the radius depend on where we are working that fortnight.

Do you install outside Melbourne?
Occasionally, for larger residential and commercial jobs where the travel is worth it for both sides. Send us the address and system size and we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense.
