Your car's charging limit and daily distance determine which output actually makes sense.
Charger, wiring, protection and any switchboard work are all priced together, with no variations later.
Most installs are completed in a day. A short outage is needed while the circuit is connected.
The charger is tested with your vehicle, the app is configured, and you receive your compliance certificate.
Workplace and fleet charging
Business sites have different requirements again. Multiple bays, load management across chargers, and usage tracking for staff or customer charging all need designing in from the start rather than added later.
Load management matters more than speed
Installing several chargers on one site rarely means multiplying the supply. Load management shares the available capacity between bays, so cars charge at a slightly reduced rate rather than the site tripping. Since most vehicles sit parked for hours, that tradeoff costs users nothing in practice.
